The venue's position was remote. We booked a well-equipped room with hammock, a beautiful garden, good WiFi. The most important was the staff - flexible and excellent people. Spent here 1 perfect day and would happily return.

A fantastic spot near the ancient ruins and right next to lovely gardens, just 2 km away from where you'll enter the park. Plus, you're super close to the lush jungle of the National Park 🌿.

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful view and ample space for five people, and the location of the hotel was convenient for visiting popular attractions nearby.

The location of the restaurant was fantastic, and all the staff were really kind and provided information if needed. Our room was fantastic, with a patio and a balcony.

The hotel is fairly large with courteous and incredible staff members. Spacious room, large bathroom. - Amazing remote location, not far from a wonderful tropical garden, the Palenque ruins which can be reached via colectivo in 10 minutes and airport. - Very close to the Palenque national park.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, near the Bajlum restaurant, in a very nice area. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. I had a lovely experience and loved it.

The hotel has huge and airy rooms. It is located in a very quiet area, close to the ruins or downtown. - Just a 5-minute distance from a non-governmental nature reserve. - Having a garden restaurant within the garden is a great feature.

The surroundings were stunning and conveniently located near a nature reserve, while the staff were consistently friendly and pleasant during my entire visit.
